Refund Policy

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time without incurring further credit card charges, but will not be given pro-rated refunds. Regular-priced one-year and two-year subscriptions offer limited money-back guarantees.

Automatic Billing. By providing your credit card information to Futures Trading Pro LLC you agree that charges will be billed to your credit card for the applicable pricing plan and any additional charges you may incur. Advance automated billing to your credit card will occur on a monthly or yearly cycle (depending on the term you have chosen) on the anniversary of the initial set-up and activation date unless other arrangements have been contractually arranged.

Downloaded Trades on Demand Videos will not be refunded. Futures Trading Pro LLC has the right to process refunds greater than $500 by check and are sent to the customer via USPS (United States Postal Service)

You may cancel your subscription by email to support@futurestradingpro.com. Subscription cancellations may be requested any day, prior to the next billing date. Requests for subscription cancellation submitted after 5 pm eastern day light time the day prior to the billing date that leads to a processed payment will not be refunded. Due to the interactive nature of coaching and proprietary information in the course, the membership fee is non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscriptions.

Method of Delivery;

Unless otherwise stated all content, services and subscriptions will be delivered in a digital format upon purchase or registration. Method delivery is email, or membership site access. Physical Delivery would be USPS or UPS.
